Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had a great experience with Mad Bones Services while traveling for work in upstate New York. The morning I was supposed to drive to a customer’s site, my car wouldn’t start. Being from out of town, I didn’t know who to call, so I found Mad Bones through a Google search with the help of the hotel front desk.

From the start, they were friendly, responsive, and incredibly prompt. They arrived quickly, took care of the problem, and got me back on the road fast enough that I was still able to make it to the customer’s site on time.

When you’re traveling for work and have an unexpected car problem, having someone respond quickly and provide dependable service makes a huge difference. I really appreciated how Mad Bones took care of me and would highly recommend them for towing or automotive service.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Amazing service and even better customer service! We got stranded about an hour away from home with our children and had to wait for a ride home. Rich arrived quickly and waited patiently for well over an hour. Vehicle was towed safely to our location. Real stand up guy I would highly recommend 5 stars!
